Your Own Little Place on the River
Our pet-friendly cabins in North Conway are true standalone cottages — no shared hallways, no elevator, just your own front door with parking right outside. Inside, warm knotty pine walls and ceilings give each cabin the classic New England camp feel, while electric fireplaces, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi keep things comfortable in every season.
Family cabins add kitchenettes with a mini-fridge and microwave, which makes a real difference on longer stays: morning coffee on your own schedule, cold drinks after a river swim, and easy snacks for the kids. Daybeds and pull-out sofas give everyone their own spot to land, and one-bedroom cabins add a private bedroom for parents. Shared grills outside mean cookout dinners with the mountains as your backdrop.
And yes — your dog is genuinely welcome. The cabins are the only accommodations at Merrill Farm Inn where pets may stay, so let us know you're bringing a furry family member when you book and we'll set you up in one of our pet-friendly cabins along the water. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night is added to your reservation — see our fullpet policy for details.
Four Seasons on the Saco
In summer the Saco River is the whole show: swim from the riverbank, cast for trout and bass, or float the lazy stretches by canoe, kayak, or tube — our Kayak & Tubing package bundles a river trip with your stay. Fall wraps the riverbanks in some of the best foliage in the White Mountains, and winter turns the same view into a snow-globe scene, with Cranmore and Attitash ski areas just ten to twenty minutes away.
Whatever the season, cabin guests enjoy the full run of our resort amenities — the seasonal outdoor pool, private hot tub and sauna located in the barn building, fire pits, and playground — plus the complimentary farm breakfast with our famous maple butter served every morning at The Barn. It's cabin life with none of the roughing it.
