Spacious suites with classic New England ski lodge charm
Our Loft Rooms are very large suites with more living space than hotel rooms. The loft suites have 2 separate floors with the stairwell in the suite. The first floor has cathedral ceilings against the outside wall that is overlooked by the second floor bedroom area.
Every loft room has a mini-refrigerator and cable television. All lofts have large 37 inch televisions on each floor.
Our regular loft rooms each contains two separate sleeping areas. The loft rooms can sleep up to 6 people and have two separate vanity areas. These suites have the classic feel of an old fashion ski lodge.
Our large loft suites have two separate bathrooms; one on each floor. The large loft suites can sleep from 6 to 8 people comfortably.

Why Families Love Our Loft Suites
Finding family loft suites in North Conway that actually fit everyone — without booking two separate rooms — is harder than it should be. Our lofts solve that with a genuine two-story layout: the stairwell is inside your suite, so the kids can claim the upstairs loft bedroom while parents settle in below, or vice versa. Cathedral ceilings on the first floor keep even a full house feeling open and airy.
The practical details matter too. Two separate vanity areas keep the morning routine moving when everyone is trying to get out the door for a day on the trails or the slopes. Each floor has its own 37-inch television, so cartoons downstairs never have to compete with a movie upstairs. A mini-refrigerator handles snacks, juice boxes, and leftovers from dinner in the village.
Our largest loft suites sleep six to eight guests and add a second full bathroom — one on each floor — which makes them a favorite for three-generation trips and small groups of friends. The whole experience carries the warm, wood-beamed feel of a classic New England ski lodge.
Making the Most of a Family Stay

Every loft stay starts with our complimentary farm-fresh breakfast — our famous maple butter and a hot spread served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 AM at The Barn Restaurant. In the afternoon there are fresh baked cookies, and in the evening the fire pits come alive for marshmallow roasting under the stars.
On our seven acres the kids can run between the playground, the putting green, and the seasonal outdoor pool, while the Saco River is a short stroll across the lawn for swimming and skipping stones. Beyond the property, Story Land is about thirty minutes away — ask about our Storyland package — and the rest of the valley's area attractions, from Conway Scenic Railroad to Settlers Green outlet shopping, are all within a short drive. In winter, Cranmore and Attitash ski areas are ten to twenty minutes from your door.
