The Barn Restaurant

Every stay at Merrill Farm includes our complimentary Farm Fresh Hot Breakfast, served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 AM — seasonally in our Tea Room. It's the meal guests write home about: our famous maple butter and a hot spread hearty enough to carry you up a mountain. Come back in the afternoon for fresh baked cookies, a farm tradition we refuse to retire.

Dinner is served Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, with additional evenings in peak season. Throughout the year the Dining Room also sets special brunch and dinner menus for the holidays — book those early, as valley traditions fill fast. Reservations are as easy as a phone call to (603) 447-3866.

The Barn was the Merrill family's working barn in the 1800s, and eating here still feels like a farm supper — hand-hewn beams overhead, seasonal menus below. Our chefs build those menus around ingredients from northern New Hampshire farms: New England classics done properly, house-prepared desserts, and plates that change with the harvest. It's farm-to-table dining in North Conway that predates the phrase by about two hundred years.
