Our king mini suites in North Conway are built around a simple idea: after a full day in the White Mountains, you want more than a bed — you want a place to land. Each suite pairs a plush king bed with a true sitting area, so one of you can read on the sofa while the other stretches out. Many suites feature a stone-accented electric fireplace that makes snowy evenings feel like a lodge of your own, and some add skylights that fill the room with mountain light.
A proper desk and chair make the suites a quiet spot to catch up on work if you are stretching a weekend into a workweek, and the mini-refrigerator, cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and modern bathroom cover the essentials. It's the most spread-out way to stay with us short of booking a family loft.
Couples' Getaways Done Right
King suites are our most-requested rooms for anniversaries and quiet escapes. Pair yours with the romance package — cheese and chocolates, fresh flowers, and a bottle of sparkling wine — then claim the private four-person hot tub and dry sauna for a slow afternoon, and finish with dinner at The Barn Restaurant, served Friday and Saturday evenings.

Every suite stay includes the complimentary farm breakfast each morning, afternoon cookies, and full access to our resort amenities — from the seasonal pool and forest-side deck to the fire pits and Saco River frontage.
